ABOUT ME

Hey there, I am Daniel! I am 20 and study in an awesome little city in the south of The Netherlands. I love the idea of couch surfing because it lets me meet new people in a country, not just see the tourist sites!
So, whether you will be staying with me at my university campus, or I am playing your couch a visit, I am sure we will have a great time!! :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just a starter at couch surfing, but have hung out with plenty who stayed with other students on the campus. I am willing to have people over, show you around the city, take you to some student parties (if that’s what you’re into), or even some cute little pubs. I am also very interested in couch surfing myself and meeting new people. But if you are in Middelburg for just an afternoon, you are more than welcome for a coffee or to email and ask advice!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hardly any, but am really excited to get into it. I have heard great things!

Interests

Chatting, drinking Belgian beers, hanging out with friends, driving my motorcycle. Also I like to play sports (lots of kinds), and with good weather I like to get into a glider as well. Reading a good book is also high on my list, as is having a fun intellectual discussion with friends (or anyone really).

Music, anything really. I am obsessed with Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Books, mainly study books (which I have heaps of) but also C.S. Lewis, and heaps more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fell from two kilometres high with loops and stall turns controlled out of the sky in a plane without an engine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will share with you Dutch sweets including Stroopwafels, Hagelslag, and drop. If you visit Middelburg, I will share my couch, friends, and basically anything you need.
I will exchange fun things in language for example some Dutch or drum lessons.
For the rest we will see what we can learn from each other.
