ABOUT ME

My name is Dace. I am 23 year old, 4th year medical student at Rigas Stradins University in Riga, Latvia. In addition to my studies, I am a resident for the Children's Clinical University Hospital in the newborns ward where I plan to practice upon receiving my degree. Since beginning my undergraduate studies over seven years ago, I use the summer break as a time to unwind and recharge for the upcoming fall semester. Over the pass few summers, I have traveled with a group of close friends to various countries close to Latvia including Estonia, Lithuania and Sweden. This year, we are traveling to the United States over a two and half month period from July 7th through September 14th including visits to MD, PA, NY, NJ, WV, FL and CA. We have been saving for this trip over the past year and are very excited about experiencing the different cultures the United States has to offer. We are looking for good folks who are willing to open up their homes for a short period to a group of fun Latvians. Me and my friends are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. We are four open-minded and positive young people. You can see each of us in my photos, also there is a link to a facebook profile. We are traveling through USA this summer, and have already visited Washington DC, Niagara Falls, Annapolis. Next week we are going to fly to San Francisco and explore the west coast for a month, so we are looking for a nice hosts.
