About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find out how I can contribute to the improvement of the quality of living of people in "developing" countries

ABOUT ME

Very open guy who can easily talk to anyone. Sometimes eccentric, usually funny, never bored.

PHILOSOPHY

Never give up, unless you can be sure that you've tried EVERYTHING. Don't waste your energy being mad about things you cannot change. Whatever you do, whatever you say, always think if that is the right thing to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a one room appartement with one bed, but I can lend my neighbor's mattress to host people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only met extremely nice people in here. CS shows that there's a lot of generous, friendly and helpful people in this world, which is a pretty cool thing.

Interests

I love to talk to people that make me look at very simple things in a different way, something that you can take with you and enjoy for the rest of the day. I spend my time either studying, working on social projects, playing soccer, running, playing theatre or reading the newspaper.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On the train from Shanghai to Kunming I woke up early in the morning and looked out of the window... I saw how the landscape had changed and the hills were now surrounded by fog, lit by the first rays of the morning.
On the metro station Kubri al Qubba in Cairo. It was raining really hard, which happens 7 times a year there. The metro came after a long while, and was completely full. We got in, but the light in the wagon was broken (because of the rain, probably). The people started making fun of the situation, filming the wagon from the inside with their cell-phones, making jokes among strangers. That's the real Egyptian philosophy of life...
