I'm currently working on my masters of science at Oregon State University. My degree is in Water Resources, Policy and Management, with a research interest focusing on transboundary waters, and how these shared waters have the effect to bring people together who might not ordinarily liaise with one another — essentially, a transformative way to broker peace.

In the surf or back on land, I'm interested in learning how working with water might allow for dialogue to commence on other critical economic, political, and human rights issues.

Paralleling my research, I work as a professional science and environmental journalist writing on the theme of anything 'water related.'
