ABOUT ME

Growing up in Switzerland I love this place...but then again only when you see everything that's out there you learn to really appreciate what's waiting for you at home. That's why I love to travel and see the world.

I consider myself an outgoing yet a bit shy person (if that makes any sense)...sometimes I just need some time to let my crazyness show...but believe me, there's plenty of that around ;) I love music, movies and tv-series, a good discussion over dinner and a glass of wine with friends, full moons, ocean and beaches, sunny days...

As I'm a doctor and working in a hospital, unfortunately my hours often don't make it easy to host people and/or show them around much. Nevertheless I encourage you to just try and ask about staying, maybe it just happens I'm able to host you!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Staying with locals while travelling gives you an experience and inside knowledge of a place you just can't get otherwise! I've had absolutely amazing couchsurfing experiences and have met wonderful people while travelling.

By hosting I try to give back a bit of the generosity people have showed me and hope to make other people's travel experience as wonderful and exciting as other couchsurfers made mine! Unfortunately my rather busy work (and sometimes life) schedule often makes it difficult to host but I encourage you to ask me anyways...with any luck it will work out!

Música, películas y libros

Music: you will pretty much find about everything on my ipod (including some very embarrassing old cheesy pop songs)! Definitely can't live without Rock in all its glory (classic rock, rock'n'roll, rockabilly, alternative, folk, pop rock) mix that with some singer songwriters, country and some classic swing music and there you have it!

Swinging on a huge scale swing hanging from a tree over the ocean!
Diving with a 4 metre long whale shark on my very first dive ever...that was pretty amazing!
Flying in a helicopter over the swiss alps!

I hope to teach and learn to be open-minded and -herated, see things in a new light, accept different opinions, meet new people, laugh (a lot!), be yourself and be happy with that!
