About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Sitting and watching

ABOUT ME

This is hard... What can I say about myself? I guess most of the time I'm kind of easy going, open minded, adventurous, humorous, enthusiastic and laid-back. Even I have to confess, that I'm not well-balanced right now while writing my exam. But I'll get through that soon.
Not sure about my special skills. It's definitely not bow hunting or computer hacking.

PHILOSOPHY

The day is today.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I didn't really paticipate yet, but I went on some cs-meetings while I was travelling with my girlfirend in Ireland. If this counts...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only couchsurfed a couple of times so far. Didn't make any bad experiences yet. It's always exciting to meet people from all over the world and recongnise how fascinating cultural differences but also similarities are. I'm happy to host people as soon as I find a apartment somewhere around Cologne.

Interests

Photography, music, sports, travel, petting dogs, running away from lions and looking into the sun without glasses.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pop pearls like The Postal Service, Sufjan Stevens, Sigur Ros, Kele, Death Cab for Cutie, John Grant ... Feel good movies like The Straight Story, The Way Home, Be with you, Station Agent ... And light fare like Fever Pitch, On the Road, Soccernomics ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleigh riding in the desert of White Sands in New Mexico is probably one of the most amazing things I've ever done. Not sure about the most prettiest places, but I really enjoyed the natural beauty of Big Sur, Maine, Dingle Peninsula, the Burren and the cultural variety of New York City and the urban charm of Belfast.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Germany, United States
