About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to do what I love!

ABOUT ME

I think it's not possible to write 'all' about myself :) You'd probably have to ask my friends to find that out. I'm easy-going and open-minded. I'm an optimist always looking for the bright side of things and I want my life to be filled by worthwile experiences. I deeply dislike inequality and one day I would like to find myself in a world where everyone has a choice about what to do with their life. I'm a feminist on a mission to reclaim the term and prove that we're not all that bad ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe diem!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently flatsharing in Warsaw and it may be possible for me to host up to two people, depending on the dates :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Portugal a couple of years ago and it was a great experience. My first hosting experience was last May and it was also great! I enjoy meeting up with surfers when they are in Warsaw and I can show them around my town too.

Interests

I love travelling, meeting new people and learning about new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books are my best friends and wherever I go I always have a book with me. I studied literature, and I particularly enjoyed (and still do) Latin American fiction, books from the Franco era and French XIX century novels. Recently I've discovered contemporary Polish literature and I must say, I love it! When it comes to music I don't have one genre or type of music that I listen to, I must really like the piece, though chances are it'll be alternative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most amazing thing that I have done so far was to go to Peru as a volunteer. I taught English for 6 weeks and then went travelling. It was an unforgettable experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

My speciality are languages, I speak English, French Spanish, Russian, Portuguese and of course Polish, have lived in a couple of different countries and would be able to share both my cultural and linguistic knowledge.
