ABOUT ME

A man that thrives on stimulation, of his mind and senses. I was bitten by the travel bug pretty early, and I have not gotton to feed that thirst nearly as much as I would like. I am a connoisseur of narratives, believing they are all around us like artifacts wanting to share their insight with us. I believe life is a narrative and I enjoy making connections with others, so that they can become a part of my story and I a part of theirs. I like to think of a relationships as a "dialogues" and culture as a polylogue of sorts. Any string theory fans out there?

In anycase, I am new to this site and will leave it at that. But feel free to ask me anything you like.

Live every moment to its fullest. Try to be a part of the solution, rather than a part of the problem. Always be willing to help another person.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been on CS for quite some time, but have not really logged on much. Years ago I was involved with SERVAS, whose mission was one of peace; through enabling folks to connect, they hoped to enable a global sense of understanding. I think the world is amazing and I want to see it all. I would like to think that my doing so would help foster a better future, however small my impact might be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hmm.. how about a colony of roaches trying to carry me off to their roach king in the middle of the night. Ok it was not a couch. I was on a rug. Still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.
