I am a quiet, respectful and happy person who is deeply connected with nature and very much focused on yoga, acroyoga and body therapies. I love rock climbing and good cup of tea!

I was born in Brazil and have been travelling around the world since 2008 learning, teaching, sharing.

My main interest is about self-knowledge, yoga, spirituality, alternative therapies and to understand how create inner peace and spread it around, finding a harmonious way to connect to people and nature.

I travelled from Mexico to Colombia by bus and boat! Amazing landscapes, people, cultures, and experiences throughout all countries.
Another unique experience was when I swam with the divine presence of dolphins in Hawaii!
