ABOUT ME

After living on the Colorado Western Slope for nearly 3 years, I have returned to the Milwaukee Metro Area. I have traveled quite a bit and enjoy hanging with the locals and meeting all kinds of people. I typically shy away from tourist areas.

PHILOSOPHY

I prefer to support local communities and shop local both at home and wherever I go. When traveling, I'd rather take the scenic route than getting to my final destination in a hurry. I've found so many unique and interesting things to appreciate and enjoy in this world by taking those roads less traveled.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In December 2014, I drove 10 hours from my home in Western Colorado to Phoenix, AZ to take the Tufesa bus for 20 hours to Mazatlan, Mexico. I spent 10 nights, 11 days over Christmas by myself hanging out with locals, US and Canadian snowbirds, and a few tourists and had an amazing adventure!
