I used to travel a lot, and then 10 years ago I bought a house and haven't done much since then. I am now trying to fit in one new country a year as a minimum.

2015 I went snowboarding in Whistler and then went to LA for 4 days on the way home. I stayed with someone in LA through Couchsurfing and had the most amazing time. I'm very glad I joined. So now I'd like to extend the karma where possible.

I live in Western Australia with my parents and two dogs, in the "hills" and it's very beautiful and peaceful. I work as a personal trainer and I love my job.

Please understand if you would like to stay with us, there are a few things you should know:

It is good to have access to a car, as we are 50 minutes drive from the city centre, and 25 minutes to the train station. The bus service is not reliable and myself and my parents all work, so giving lifts is not guaranteed :(

We are the perfect place if you are looking for peace and quiet, to enjoy the Australian bush, if you like running on the trails or hiking. We also have 2 dogs who love attention, kisses, and cuddles, so if you are not a dog person, we not the place for you :D

I have heard that it is a great way to meet people, to see the real parts of the city instead of just the tourist spots. I'd also love to host people in return and show them my part of the world.

I like exploring new places and sometimes people who live in their cities don't get to see it from a tourist's point of view.
