ABOUT ME

I am generally quiet, but I do like people. I just need lengths of time alone and then I am recharged. I prefer activity, although I meditate too. Pretty direct in my style of communicating, I offer kindness and integrity. Twenty five years ago I lived in China for 3 years, then I traveled in Nepal and rural SE Asia for 3 months. I grew up camping and doing outdoor things and am quite handy with tools and such.

PHILOSOPHY

I have had 3 couch surfing experiences...all overwhelmingly positive. I like the flexibility and spontaneity of trying out new things, foods and meeting people.

For music I like jazz and blues, some electronic dance and latin, chanting in various languages/traditions. I watch mostly dramas & documentaries, read novels and memoirs especially about those whose life includes other countries and life experiences.
