ABOUT ME

Well... I love to be active. I mountain bike, rock climb, snowboard, parkour, free run and anything else that I can get a bit of a rush from. Im honest and always prefer sincerity over anything else. My purpose in life is to see as much of it as possible.
Pues me encantan los deportes... jugaba futbol por mucho tiempo. Me encanta escalar, andar bici, snowboard, parkour, free run... algo con un golpe de adrenalina. Soy muy honesta y prefiero que la gente es sincera y directa... la cara expresa a todo. Para mi, a conocer la vida, necesito vivirla. Realmente soy muy tranquila, quiero conocer los seres distintos y tambien la tierra hermosa en que habitamos. Estoy enamoradisisma de la naturaleza. Es el unico lugar donde me puedo sentir unida, completa.

PHILOSOPHY

Wow, don't think that I can fit it all in a box but to make a long story short, I believe that we live our lives together as beings on this great earth. It's funny how some people live their life oblivious to the many others who are not as different as one might think. I believe that we all struggle, we all fight for what we believe is worth fighting for. I believe that there is a great source that watches over us and it is the same being throughout all religions and races. I believe that we should be united as people and as beings on this one earth. If I was to put it in a nutshell, that would be it.
Pues, es dificil resumir aqui pero en general creo que vivimos nuestra vida juntos como seres sociales. Creo que no somos tan diferentes o solos como a veces creemos. Andamos juntos por eso debemos echar la mano y hacer lo que es necesario para ayudar en un mundo tan grande y tan pequeño. Creo que hay un fuente que nos cuida y es lo mismo entre todos los religiones, colores, tiempos y formas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

BUeno, recien volvi a usar couchsurfing en Chile. Peru, Brasil, la Republica de Guyana, Venezuela, Colombia y Ecuador no tiene muchos couchsurfers. Es un sitio buenisimo por el viajero(a)/mochilero(a)!

Interests

Antropología, geología, historía y la naturaleza. Pues, la musica... me transporta a un lugar y un tiempo diferente. Me gustan las obras hechos con pasión y ganas. Juego mucho con el arte, entre malabares y fire poi hasta artesanía y mucho mas, disfruto casi todo. Amo el teatro. Me encanta la danza, y como cada region, persona, y cultura participa en su gracia. Me encanta conocer gente y culturas diferentes. Tambien me gusta aprender lo mas posible, ignorancia es una perdicion.
Well, I'm a feen for anthropology and history in general. From rocks and ruins to culture and traditions, everything tells a story. I love music... it has the gift of transporting me to a different place at a different time. I like art.. dabble in it as much as I can, in particular juggling and fire poi. I love theatre, dance, literature. Poetry has always been a part of my life, but I like the true romancing of it especially the dark layers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really never have too much time to check out the flicks but 'A Love Song to Bobby Long' is a good one, 'The City of God' (brazilian), 'Amores Perros', 'Snatch' y otras pelis de Guy Ritchie, 'Natural born killers' and others of Oliver Stone, 'Deadpool', 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'. I can also dig the classics like 'The Magnificent seven', 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly', or even 'Gone with the Wind'.
Me gusta a Nahko and Medicine for the People, Boikot, Macaco, Weezer, Misfits, Cafe Tacuba, Bebé, Decemberists, Modest Mouse, Nouvelle Vague, Radiohead, Sublime, the Shins, Counting Crows, Citizen Kane, (old school style), Bob Dylan, I love classic rock.. I was raised on it. la musica clasica tambien a veces especialmente con el violin.
Me gusta la poesia.. Jaime Sabines es buenisimo. Me gustan los autores como Horacio Quiroga, Julio Cortazar, Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz y Clarece Lispector. Me encantan los cuentos cortos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

He visto muchas cosas y he hecho bastante tambien, pero nada que voy a contar en una cajita... hay que conocerse para escuchar las historias de un caminante.

Teach, Learn, Share

Like I said... I love to learn new things especially when they can change my entire perspective. I'm intrigued by other cultures and study them frequently. I love philosophy but not just of Aristole and Socrates rather from beings all over the world. Those that take from the earth only what they need and believe in a cycle that we as growing economies tend to forget. I try to share my discoveries when Im asked and am always willing to help out whenever I can.
Me encanta aprender.... culturas diferentes, filosofias, puntos de vista distintos, lo que sea. Para mi, la cultura es muy importante para entender mejor el mundo.
