Dale Kamp is a Filipino-American cinematographer & editor based in Manila. He's also a struggling method writer. His interests include middle-class struggles, sociocultural theory, secular humanism, science, and damaged psyches.

In late 2008, Vincent Laforet introduced the world to a short called "Reverie" and the HDSLR video revolution began. Dale was among the first batch of budding filmmakers to take advantage of its cinematic potential. This led to a journey that would lead to his first short film collaboration in 2010. Fortunate timing and dedicated work led to celebrity product commercials, model shoots, Filipino tattoo cultural promotion, videography workshop teaching, culture documentaries, restaurant commercials, wedding prenups, event videography, NAB Shows, more short films, and professional-quality corporate videos.

On his off-time you can find him enjoying good music, mountains, videogames, and coffee. You won't find him without his trusty Saddleback leather bag.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Perhaps I'll need a place to stay if I find myself traveling on my own one day. I also have room in my Paranaque, Metro Manila condo.
