My name is Dalila Berlingerio, I'm 22, I'm from Italy.

Me and my friend Kavita are looking for a place to stay for 5 nights in Madrid, Spain.

We are second year students in the Bsc (Hons) International Tourism Management course and I'm working as Barista.

Travel is my passion.
When I was still a child I used to dream about places in the world and where to go once I would have grown up.

When I was eighteen years old I decided to leave my native country (Italy) to study abroad and, after a year in Birmingham, I have finally been able to start my course at the university.

I'm a really social person, I like meeting new people and share my experiences with them. I like to be respectful, kind and helpful with the others and I like making other people laugh. :)

Many of my friends recommended Couchsurfing so I thought it is worth trying, especially as a first experience on the other side of the globe.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I had the chance to go on Erasmus to Melbourne, Australia. I never had the chance to travel outside Europe and I think this experience could open my mind.
I think this opportunities are the ones that make you a “richer” person, as regard knowledge, feelings and experiences, so I really hope to get the chance to do it.

I love pets (I grew up with dogs, cats, even turtles ahahah!)
I love the nature, the sea and the open spaces
I am a sporty person: dance, boxe, surf, running
I also like movies marathons or reading books.
Food, yes I love food, I'm not scared of trying different kinds and I can cook Italian ahahah!
I love meeting people from totally different cultures, lifestyles and experiences, it's nice to share your experience with someone else and you can find out so much.
