ABOUT ME

I´m a nice guy and have lived all my life my with good values that my parents taught me. I worked in many diferents areas, like technology, marketing, business and now gastronomy. Like a good descendent of Italian, I love Europe and, now, mainly the food of Europe. The diferent culture and history of this continent fascinates me. I´m living now in Braga with my girlfriend, that is studing at University of Minho, and I intend to learn all about some traditional food from Europe, like gelato, beer, ham, donuts, french pastry, and all that someone wants to teach me about here.
