ABOUT ME

Insert cliche: Work hard play hard. I love to have a good time and love to try new things no matter how far out of my comfort zone. I have lived all over the US and I am currently living in Berlin, Germany. The best part about traveling is eating the local food and seeing things through locals' perspectives. I am always trying to learn and experience something new.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel can be expensive, and I'm not rich! For real though, what better way to experience somewhere, than being with a local?

Interests

Cooking and food is number one. I love music, almost all kinds, and going to shows. More adventures the better. I try to read, but I rarely find the time for it. Meeting new people is also on my list. It's really great to get to know so many people from so many backgrounds.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all the blockbusters of course, but I love the cult ones as well. Also really bad sci-fi. Books, I prefer biographies and non-fiction. Music: Almost anything. Favorite band? The Faint.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently drove an auto rickshaw 3800km across India. I would do it again in heartbeat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am trying to learn Spanish. I try to make the time for it, but it does't happen as often as I would like. I can teach you how to cook, but I also love to learn recipes from families and cultures that are foreign to me.
