Hi, I am dan from Manchester. I currently study Spanish, Chinese and Italian at university and have just finished a year in china at shanghai's east china normal university, learning mandarin. I am very much into music (playing and listening), I take great interest in music from all over the world. I also do a lot of sport, and have played football and rugby to high standards for my whole life.
I started travelling in 2011 and have done so whenever possible since.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

As part of my year abroad, I have to spend 3 months in Spain. My idea for this is to do a long bicycle trip around the whole country, and couchsurfing to practice the Spanish language in local homes. Also to engage in the local culture, and keep the costs down.
