CURRENT MISSION

Traveling with 1st insulin-dependent diabetic to run across the United States. Along the way, we're connecting with diabetic communities in order to educate and inspire them to take ownership in their health through diet and exercise.

Material things, money, people, can come and go. You can lose people and things, but you can also get more. One thing you can never get back is time. Cherish it.

Films: Blue Valentine, Away We Go, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, the Apartment, Halloween.

Music: depends on what I'm doing. When I'm just hanging out, it ranges from Devendra Banhart, Man Man, Balkan Beat Box.
For working out: Nine Inch Nails, Amanda Palmer, Fatlip.

Books: Unfortunately, I don't read much. But I do like the Stranger, anything by William Saroyan, the Road. I read a lot of screenplays because of the nature of my work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's a place called Ronda in Spain. It's a two part village on the side of a mountain that is connected by a big bridge. It's pretty awesome.
