Books - Wheel of Time as a series, in addition to the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Standard high fantasy stuff, but I've recently been getting into Brandon Sanderson and David Eddings.
Music - I like to go to goodwill and find CDs with weird cover art and buy those. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's horrible, once it was the best CD I've ever listened to.
