My names Dan,

So a little something about myself... Im your stereotypical Aussie i love the beach, a cold beer and a good yarn. I am an avid traveller (one day i will see it all!) I am currently traveling solo through South America, which has been amazing so far.
I just finished university, studying international journalism in Perth. I am a writer in every sense of the word, i love it.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Why couchsurfing? Well the thought never crossed my mind until 5 minutes ago, i am stuck in the south of chile with a plane ticket booked in Ushuia but unfortunately no accomidation, THE TOWN IS BOOKED! Cant believe it. So i had a chat with my friendly swiss neighbour in the next bunk and he suggested i try couchsurfing. My mind started ticking along and i surmised this would be an amazing experince and also a much needed rescue from my unfortunate situation. So here i am and here we go!

Interessen

So many things, im an onion, as i grow i keep attaining new layers that bring new interests but i do have a few all timers. The beach, love books and movies more, hanging out with my friends and my family. Music is a big part of my life, love guitar, i can play a bit.... on a good day. Traveling of course! and also i love to cook.

Too many to write but check my facebook pretty much every artist i like has been my favorite at one time. At the moment im listening to, The Tallest Man on Earth, Regina Specter, Deerhunter, Atlas Sound, Bibio, Foxygen and Fleet Foxes.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Climbed a volacano and slid down it on what was the equivilent of a plastic dinner tray.
