About Me
ABOUT ME
I've been fortunate enough the last eight years to live and travel abroad for work and volunteering. I've seen awesome places and met great people. I'm now back in grad school and when I get the chance try to explore some places I haven't been or return to those that were special. I enjoy going out and getting to know people but also enjoy being an observer.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and like to see people do what makes them feel most alive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
visited 23 states (10.2%)Create your own visited map of The World or another interesting project
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed for the first time in Russia and was very thankful for my hosts and people I met there.
Interests
I like maps, toasty lagers, Grand Central where art and function and efficiency all converge, family, peaceful isolation of backpacking, DIY projects (furniture, beer, you name it), hammocks, New England clam chowder, learning names of plants, dogs, video editing, airports and train stations, and exploring cities without a map.
Outdoors, botany, GPS, cooking, reading, geography and of course travel.
