ABOUT ME

I'm a motivated, outgoing, and organized kid from Washington, DC in the USA. No, I do not know the President. I am generally easy going and love meeting new people from across the world and hearing about their experiences, and learning about their perspective of the world. I'm curious, and like knowing how things work (which makes sense because I am a engineering student) and spend a lot of time reading about things and experiencing things for my self. I'm currently living in Germany for a semester, but will soon be back in the US (unfortunately).

I'm about 6' 1" and 180 pounds... one of those pasty white guys who doesn't shave every morning.

PHILOSOPHY

A lot of different music, recently I've been listening to Cut Copy, Big KRIT, Miami Horror, Thievery Corporation, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Pearl Jam to name a few.

Movies: I have to say, I don't have a real 'favorite' movie. I do like them though. Not slasher films though. If I want violence I'll watch the news.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The first sunny powder day after 7 feet of snow fell in 48 hours in Utah back in 2006. It was amazing to be skiing that, but even more awesome to be skiing it with my brother and my dad.

President Obama's inauguration back in 2009. It was just amazing to see that many people come together (1.2 million or so) peacefully, with differing political views, to celebrate a major moment in history.

One of my first times kayaking in really gnarly water, I stuck the only line on a raging creek that would have kept me safe. There was no other feeling like it.
