ABOUT ME

I am a passionate traveler and adventurer whose travels/adventures have been somewhat curtailed over the past several years as I have been dedicating my time to becoming a physician. I have still managed to escape the country about once a year either for travel or international medicine pursuits. I am strongly committed to women's reproductive health care and eventually plan to be an abortion provider and work with international medical organizations such as Doctors Without Borders.

My CS experience to date consists of having a few very good friends who have both hosted and surfed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While traveling the Bolivian altiplano near the Chilean border under a brilliant sunset, I suddenly felt a tremendous shaking and heard a distant rumble. I glanced out of the window of the 4x4 just in time to see fiery lava pouring down the sides of a Chilean volcano as an enormous plume of smoke and ask filled the sky.
