ABOUT ME

I have a friend that would say communications can be boiled down to three categories: questions, paradoxes or humour. Though I dislike being reductionistic...you could also boil me down to those things....I am a question and a paradox with a sense of humour. I got on track as a healer when I needed healing from social anxiety and gut problems back in 1999. Since then I have studied and participated in natural health from aromatherapy to Zen. I lived at various healing communities and have been a bodyworker for years...always staying at the cutting edge of the profession with continuing ed. I moved to New Zealand with the intention to immigrate back in 2007 but was drawn back to california to engage in a PhD program in somatic psychology. I love depth, dancing, play, music and art. I am a trained psychodramatist and love the healing power of the stage as well as the art of Yoga and all the other stuff that keeps us healthy.

PHILOSOPHY

We all have an original blueprint...lets help each other to calibrate to that- and if we can't heal the entire world, surely we can tickle it together.
