I have had a health problem which doctors couldn't diagnose. I have finally figured it out, I think. I am happy now because I am eating the healthiest foods.

I am very calm, patient, and emotionally stable. I have stable energy.

I want to create positive emotion around me. I always want to be in a loving state.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have no money due to my health being poor. Now I have great health. I think I have an overgrowth of bad gut flora, because every time I eat foods which do not feed them, I feel very good, and every time I eat foods which feed them, I get bloating, and my mood is altered profoundly. So I think I just have to take probiotics for a while, and continue to eat the foods that work for me.

Eating only the healthiest foods. No refined sugar. No salt. No oil. No refined grains. I think all grains are bad for me (maybe).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was homeless on the streets of Skid Row in Los Angeles. My poor health caused me to make a bad decision and move there on a whim, and I was homeless for about a week. I just got out of there. It was almost 4 years. I was in a relationship with a woman who I got addicted to like a drug. I never did any drugs (except, I used food as a drug). I have never smoked cigarettes or tried alcohol.
