An occasional solo traveller that like to meet up with others while travelling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm spreading the word about this amazing idea to get more people involved! I'm also looking to meet other couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed for the first time in Vienna in November 2010, and it was wonderful! I’ve couchsurfed a number of times since day. Nowadays, I do enjoy staying in a private room when I travel but I’m always up for meeting up.

Google Earth - one of the best things invented! I waste way too much time on it randomly looking at different places of the world
Curling - my favourite sport! Google it or ask me more if you don't know what it is. It's not exactly like curling your hair.
Urban histories and development - an area that I'm very fascinated with with every city.
Sleeping - the most important thing of all!

Mostly mainstream, pop, and top 40s kind of stuff, but I also listen to most other kinds of music. Always enjoy some nice harmonies and good beats. I also like orchestral and piano music when I'm in a calmer mood. Please do introduce me to what you listen to too. I love exploring different kinds of music.

I love reading, especially novels.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

By far, it has to be running the Olympic Torch Relay for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. I had the privilege to carry the torch in a small town, where everyone came out and cheered. It was so nice to see how one thing can bring out the best of everyone and unite a whole community. And to know that I was the only person in the world responsible for the Olympic flame for that 3 minutes was mind-blowing! It was simply amazing!
