HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Only surfing since I live in a tiny shared flat with 2 other girls and right now I am on exchange

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best! My first CS experience was with two wonderful canadian girls who picked me up in the airport and took really good care of me, showed me around, helped me getting settled in my residence.

I can absolutely recommend to couchsurf when you're on exchange

When it comes to musis I like a good mix of hip hop/rap and indie folk stuff... depends on my mood and what I'm up to.

When it comes to films i love watching dramas and thrillers but also chickflicks with eyecandy guys in... The Reader, Evil, Love and other drugs, The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Doctor Zhivago...

I love books that are social realistic and about surviving in a harsh world and living in the bottom of the society.
The Danish Author Jakob Ejersbo made some really good and pessimistic books about life in Tanzania.

South Africa!
It's beautiful, the people are so friendly, warm, giving, loving and energetic.
The weather there is wonderful.
It was amazing to attend an ANC election Rally, participating in a local BBQ, sleeping on the floor in a shed in the slum...

I wanna go there again some day!

South America!
The beautiful and totally different landscapes in South America; the colourful mountains in the Salta region of Argentina, the Iguazú waterfalls in Brazil and Argentina, crossing the Andes, hiking and climbing a vulcano in Chile, going horseback riding in the wild nature of Chile...

And not at least the Canadian hospitality! I fell like a part of the Canadian family
