Hoping to meet kindred souls on this pathless road

ABOUT ME

My name is Dan, kind-hearted, caring, optimistic young man inspired by life and all the people I'm meeting along the way.

I studied psychology and early childhood studies in college. I have taught as a teacher in both Reggio Emilia and Waldorf inspired schools, started an educational enrichment business based on cultivating intuitive/emotional/artistic awareness in young and old.

I became increasingly more interested in the therapeutics vs. the academics of the educational environment, and became licensed as a massage therapy/energy worker to more intentionally immerse myself in the healing arts.

My passions thus far in life have revolved around human spiritual development, energy medicine and bodywork, and bridging ancient & modern worldviews through traveling and being humbled by the ancient healing lineages and traditions from around the world.

I love playing guitar, piano, percussion, creating music, art, working with people on a soul/energetic level. I enjoy the ordinary, the kosmic, getting lost in the outdoors, and smiling.

Serve others and give love from your heart, all things necessary will come to you. In service we are aligned with the intention of creation; support and inspire one another

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I kind of see Couchsurfing as a living vortex where people from seemingly divergent paths meet in intriguing and sychronious ways ... It is a joy to meet people and have a foundation of interest, empathy, engagement; viewing people as vessels for insight, perspectives, sharing, dynamic interaction ... So when I meet a fellow CSer I try and see them on a soul level, and ponder the ways in which our connecting is both coincidence and in other ways part of a larger plan or pattern that we are all a part of.

My living situation the past two years hasn't allowed for hosting, but I have taken full advantage of showing people around Princeton and providing as much advice possible on tips for travel. I hope to be able to Host in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch-surfing, along with many other things in this life, is for me at least the living embodiment/expression of Oneness of which we are all a part.

As a traveler entering t he unknown, hosts have provided abundance where they may have been feelings of scarcity and uncertainty. Many of my encounters were like meeting an old friend... all i can do is return the love, respect, and generosity to anyone who would ever need a couch during their travels

I love to cook, play instruments, have truly engaging and enriching discussions and interactions with people from different walks of life. This experience through couch surfing has really impacted my life, the way in which so many souls out there are exploring Adventure and personal growth, and we're all here to support each other in that process.
