my name is daniel, i love travelling around the world, meeting new people and sharing experiences with them, mainly with indigenous communities, as I have worked as a researcher in remote places of brazil, colombia, peru, namibia and south africa I have had the opportunity to travel to other places after work and it has been great.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am convinced that travelling as a common tourist limit you a lot and separate you from great experiences, but when you have the opportunity to get in touch inside any home on the country that you are it becomes a pleasure because you start to feel how the country really is, from the inside, from food, to sayings, to politics and customs... I have heard that couchsurfing is the best place to reach to this type of travelling, it sounds really amazing...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have volunteered in namibia and southafrica with indigenous traditional authorities whith whom I had the opportunity to stay at their homes anf camped in the bush for several days, was a great experience because I travelled, helped and understand amazing things from the afrcian culture

I did shark cage diving in south africa, seek caymans and anacondas in the amazon, dived with nemo and green turtles in the great barrier reef in australia and volunteered in ecovillages in India, the andes and in the caribean in my country, great experiences!!!
