I took a break from hosting after several guests expected a babysitter or servant.

I have yet to leave a negative review as I understand most people are fine. Just lack or communicate or ignorance. If something unsafe or alike happened I would definitely write a negative .

In your request, give an estimated time of arrival/departure and plans. Without this u will be ignored.

If you expect ANYTHING from me, feel free to spend 150e a night on a hotel and another 100e a day on a guide.

Guest.. texts at 10pm, I met a guy and will stay in his house.

Me. After confirming with the guest 3 times I don't party or go out and the girst saying they dont either andd go to bed early. Then goes party's the first night on a Tuesday. Comes home at 7am.

If you can see yourself being in anyway disrespectful or pushing my boundaries for your own selfish gains. Please leave me alone. I don't need that stress in my life.

There is a bus directly from the airport to my house. It takes 20 minutes and costs 2.50 euros. There are 2 24hr buses from the city centre to my house again 2.50 euro per trip. I have tavel cards I can loan for your stay. Google map ' Ballymun Library' it's beside that. There is NOTHING to do in Ballymun. Buses do not give change, you need the exact coins

I am away most weekends at late notice, so i dont accept guests until right before a stay. Unless it's a repeat guest. Then I'll just give you the keys to my house.

My Rules to host you:

1 - If you really think u can come into my house as a guest and tell me how I should think, talk or behave. U picked the wrong house for that BS. That's your warning.

2 - I work full time 9 to 5 - I will not be around ( I can not believe I need to say this)

3 - I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I do however love to cook, eat, hike, and watch movies.

4 - I can host you for 1 or 2 nights normally.

5 - In the house follow some simple rules (as don't enter with shoes, don't smoke inside be respectful and tidy up after yourself), be nice, helpful and enthusiastic and It will be the best trip! If these difficult rules challenge you, look somewhere else.

6 - If you get offended easy or are dramatic, DO NOT stay here. ( if you have to ask yourself "am I" you probably are)
