Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tried couchsurfing in Sweden with a friend and had a great experience!
I want to meet new people, share amazing stories and experience foreign cultures. I'm interested in getting to know a place from a local's perspective and might receive some inside tips!

Interests

Once I get out of bed, I'm full of energy and always down for some new adventures. Although I come from the flat north of Germany, in winter I become a big fan of the mountains. I like to go skiing, especially ski touring. When there is enough time between my studies, I move to Austria for some weeks to be a ski instructor.

Music, Movies, and Books

My all time favourite concerts that I've been to are from Martin Kohlstedt, an amazing modern piano man - whenever I can, I try to visit one of his gigs. Next one up is in Bern. (Of course it was amazing!)
I also like to listen to german indie, especially the one the radio isn't already playing. But in general I enjoy to discover new music in any way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My biggest and greatest experience so far was my Erasmus semester in Tallinn, Estonia. I met so many kind and wonderful people, who now I can call friends for the rest of my life. I really enjoyed the adventures I had around the beauty of Estonia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

To be honest I can be a bit strange with food (aka I might be a little picky...) but I still love to cook and bake with passion and like to experiment with new spices.
Also any help with cleaning and else.
