I now say this in every job interview when they say tell me about yourself:
In the last year or two, I've come to realize that the best way I can go about making an impact, changing the world, leaving it better than how I found it, etc, is not through starting some business or organization or inventing a revolutionary product, but through my little interactions and relationships with people. I believe that if I show up in a genuine way, with kindness and abundance, I can create a ripple effect whose impact I may never fully understand. I try to show people that there is a better way (kindness), that all we really need is community and connection, and that we're really not much different than one another across race, nationality, age, sex, sexuality, etc.
