I’m a Ukrainian-American from San Diego with a rich tapestry of experiences, from living in Europe and being part of a dance group to delving into the realms of AI and Corporate Wellness. Recently returning to the States, I've found joy in line dancing and continue to ground myself as a trained yoga teacher. My life is a balance of movement, technology, and deep introspection, constantly evolving with the seasons.

Parahamsa Yogananda’s teachings also deeply resonate with me, aligning with my journey of integrating tech, yoga, and the arts.
