I am a young vibrant and grounded individual on a quest for self improvement. I live in Denver CO as a student and coffee bar tender. I spent first half of my life growing up in Moscow Russia as well as traveling around Europe with my family. In Moscow I went to a small international school where I grew up living and learning with a wide variety of people from around the globe. I now dedicate my time to my work, yoga, cooking skills, music creation, and general well being.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently I've really been digging west African and Afrobeat music. I am a big fan of instrumental hip hop and other experimental sample based music. Neo-soul & soul, psychedelic, jazz, classical, hip hop from every era, the fresh jams and timeless classics. Becoming a part time DJ is something i'm considering.

Books: House of Leaves, Infinite Jest, Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki, A Clockwork Orange, The Happiness of Pursuit, if the Buddha dated.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I partook in what is called RMC or The Rocky Mountain Challenge in which at one point I navigated through a swamp during the middle of the night whilst tied to eight other campers. We were challenged everyday to hike miles upon on miles to encounter various tasks and challenges involving extended hikes, caving, rock climbing, navigating through the woods during night with a compass, traversing rope courses, and leading our fellow hikers through mountain valleys and mountains.

I've climbed seven mountains over 14,000 ft. in Colorado

As a kid I grew up sledding down steep hills in Moscow during the winter.

I studied flamenco guitar with Rene Heredia a master guitarist and maestro from Spain who studied under the virtuoso guitarist Segovia.

I once spent three days isolated in the mountains without food and meditated on the feeling of hunger.
