Hi, I'm Conor Murphy. I'm a chemist and I work at a brewery in my spare time for fun. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are a couple points on my trip where I don't have it planned out where I'm staying. If I can fill those with locals willing to take me in, awesome! If not I'll find a hostel, get a 12 pack of beer and make friends with people I don't know. I'm looking for places I wouldn't have gone and company I wouldn't have had if I was just wondering around on my own.

Interests

I'm a big fan of live music. I'm seeing metallica in cologne. I'm hoping to find some good pub bands while I'm wondering about. In the past 2 years, I've gone to Scotland/England and Belize and I've done a good bit of travel prior to that. Looking to go places I haven't gone and meet people I haven't met.

I'm hoping I can be a kind and considerate guest. I'm doing this to experience a culture and perspective different than mine. That comes with differences in opinions and lifestyles and I will do my best to respect yours.
