I'm Daniel, 28 years old and a concert promoter/event manager from Vienna/Austria. As I always have wanderlust I try to travel as much and see as many things as possible.
I'm an outgoing guy who enjoys meeting new people from anywhere in the world and making the best of any situation I fall into. Although I want to see as many things on this planet as possible, I also enjoy lazy days of just sitting on the couch in front of the TV or a good book. I'm a passionate foodie and want to try all the different kinds of food I come along. That's why I also really enjoy to cook.
When I'm in a new town I try to just let myself flow through it. I'm not very interested in seeing and visiting world famous sights, what really interests me is living the life of the locals.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm absolutely not the type of guy for luxury/beach/classic sightseeing holiday. When I travel I want to see and live the local culture and get to know people from where I'm going to. Also I like to safe as much money as possible for activities and travelling. That's why Couchsurfing is an ideal way to combine those two things and kill two birds with one stone (wow...that saying sounds way more brutal in English than in German...).
