Yeah sport is a very important part of my life but the most important thing is to share the things you love with others.... oh and the mandatory after sport beer and food ;) and coffee

just kidding, eating is important guys. Especially breakfast, and supper, and dinner and after activities and with friends.... ok you got it i like food :) (the same applies to coffee and climbing => before, during, afterwards)

Yes so as I said sports, travelling and eating and trying to be in the flow as much as possible

One day I woke up and got out of bed.... and didn't need coffee. to be honest it wasn't really a bed it was more like a tent kind of thing and sadly there aren't much coffee shops around when you sleep on an old knights castle in the french woods
