ABOUT ME

I experience life and live to experience.

I work to live; I don't live to work. I work for 6 months of the year as an overland tour guide. I spend the other 6 months backpacking where ever the wind blows me. I love my life.

Traveling is my addiction. I want to go everywhere, to see it all, and to be introduced to as many people and cultures as possible along the way. I believe travel makes the world a better place.

People are fascinating, and one never knows where a spontaneous conversation might lead. Making people happy makes me happy.

I love learning about almost anything and trying new things. I also love nature, hiking, food, beer, whiskey, the ocean, lakes, art, theatre, music, mountains, smart conversation, and making the most of time with good people in good places.

I love life, my friends, and my family, and I'm thankful for every second I get to spend with each of them. I smile constantly, I discourse passionately, I laugh often, I accept openly, and I think deeply.

I am happy to be alive and to be who I am.
