About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Crash on the couch of the International Space Station.

ABOUT ME

Wanted to be a Unitarian, so I started my career being encouraged by a beautiful girl with rainbow hair to preach a sermon on courage.

Wanted to be a hippie, so I moved on to running high ropes courses, rock climbing walls, and zip lines.

Wanted to be a politician, so I went to law school in Japan to broaden my view of the world.

Wanted to see what I looked like in a suit, so I hopped on Wall Street managing a small endowment and then trading energy contracts.

Now I want to make enough money to afford a round trip ticket to Mars, so I'm growing a 3D printing company and having a ball.

PHILOSOPHY

"Let us endeavor so to live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry." - Mark Twain

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Favorite experience was crashing on the couch of a friend in London for New Years. Ended up learning some Arabic from one of his flatmates and learning about what it's like to be a super model in South Korea from his other one.

I host lots of friends off of CS, and looking forward to hosting more cool people on here! Always interested in trading stories.

Interests

New ideas and new perspectives. I spend a lot of my spare time contacting old friends, going new places and meeting new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got stranded on a mountain in Japan with a German physicist, and by the end of the day had practiced my Wilderness First Responder Training on a broken hand and been an innocent bystander in a porno shot 300ft above the treetops. Ask me about it some time.
