ABOUT ME

I think of myself as an open-minded and outgoing person, who is interested in making new experiences. I love to travel around, see new things and meet new people. I'm realy sponanteus when it comes to traveling, most of the times I'm just start to travel, never knowing where the wind brings me. I don't need a straight plan, I just go where I want.

I plan to make a trip around the world, just by hitch-hiking. In the last years I hitch-hiked almost 30.000 km all over Europe. In my opinion it's the best way to get to know the country. I don't want to get into a plane and arrive my destination quit fast. Travelling has to take it's time and the way is as important as the destination.

Travelling is the best education you can get!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about CS from a friend and I sounded really interesting for me. CS seems to be an option to get in touch with the people living where I want to travel to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a few couchsurfing experiences. From hosting to getting hosted and I had no bad experiences. It's a great possibility to show, where you live and also get to know new places and areas, which you wouldn't see if you just stay in a hotel or hostel.

Interests

I'm working as a social worker and primary school teacher for children from Eastern Europe. I'm giving Streetartworkshops, I'm training a children football team, and do a lot of stuff in different social projects.
I love art in generall and I love to see new things and make new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Electronic music from drum and bass to techno, but i'm also up for Hip Hop and open minded towards other tastes of Music. (If it's no german Schlager music^^)
Movies: Tarantino, Conan Brothers, Kubrick, Fincher.
Books: King, Palahniuk, Hunter S. Thompson, Bukowsky and some German authors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was hitch-hiking for about 6 or 7 times. I made over 30.000 km through Europe, just with my Backback and hitchiking.

Teach, Learn, Share

Love to teach stuff that im interested in. From talking to doing. I am an hobby artist, working with cans.
I love to philosophy with different people, having long talks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you around in Mannheim, or if I have enough time, show you Heidelberg (I even might be a better guide over there).
I enjoy cooking together, hang out with you, and if im busy give you recommondations what to do over here.
