My name is Dani, I'm 21 years old and I currently live in Seattle/Washington.
My home is Carinthia/Austria. I moved to Seattle almost a year ago to work as an Au Pair.
In my days off work I try to travel as much as I can, get to know new places and people who live there. I'm a open minded person and have nothing against a nice chat with a glass of beer or two. :)

I can't host people right now but as soon as I'm back (august) I'm happy to be a host.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Basically I want to meet and hang out with people who live in the place I visit or show them around in my hometown.
I joined the Couchsurfing community not knowing or believing that it is a great way to meet locals and get around so easily. Should have started earlier.

Music, Movies, and Books

🎵Here in Seattle I discovered that I LOVE to go to concerts! I went to the bumbershoot festival and saw Macklemore performing in his hometown, sadly missed the Maroon 5 concert but went to see The Fray, American Authors, Bastille and Mondo Cozmo. So that's the kind of music I enjoy listening to.

📚I'm a fan of Jojo Moyes books!
Currently I started reading some classics in English. Any recommendations are welcome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are a lot of amazing things to tell, for instance moving to America for a year.
But one of my favorite things I've done was definitely surfing in Hawaii. 🏄🏻‍♀️
