About Me
Hey there! I am a curious person and I like to meet new people and explore new, hidden and beautiful places. I am new into Couchsurfing. I've did it twice in my life, the last time was a couple of months ago in Kuala Lumpur - it's been amazing and I don't want to miss that experience, my lovely host and the people I met there. :-)
I love sports and I am happy and at one with the world while exercising. I also love bikes and cycling - there is no better way to get around. :-) And I love nature and being outdoors. Being in nature often feels like home. I especially love the ocean - sitting at a beautiful beach and watching the wide ocean is often all I need. Unfortunately Hamburg doesn't has a wonderful ocean, but there is a lot of water everywhere, so I am at least a bit lucky. ;-)
I am also very interested into people and their stories. Everyone has so much to tell and it is great to get inspired by these stories.
My current mission is mindfulness and living right know. I try to be more mindful to myself and also to others and I want to enjoy the moment. It’s really really hard during work-life, but the rare mindful moments do help so much! I hope that I can really integrate it into every day life.
I just came back from a 5-months solo trip to Southeast Asia and South Asia. I had a wonderful time, learned a lot and met awesome people. I of course would like to leave for another trip someday.
I like to offer my place for couchsurfers too, but due to limited space, I always have to check first if it fits in terms of working hours or private plans.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While traveling, I like to see the places through the eyes of locals and I like to connect with locals. In Hamburg, I want to get some travel-feeling when hosting couchsurfers. :-) And I like to give something back to the community.

Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer alternative and indie music as well as electric sound and some singer songwriter stuff.
I don‘t watch movies very often. But I really like outdoor and adventure movies or documentaries and good comedies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
2018/2019 I've been on a 5-months solo trip to Southeast and South Asia, which was an amazing and powerful experience.
I love the atmosphere during sunrise and especially sunset, preferably at the ocean. :) It's always so peaceful, magical and also powerful. I could have it every day and I wouldn't get bored.
I can fix my bike on my own. :)
