Firstly, I am Daniele, Italian inspired travel lover. Been intermittently abroad for 17 years by now.

I have just moved from Italy to Vietnam to teach English. I have a spare private room to host you, but please bear in mind i am located in Bien Hoa, 30 km (about 1 hour or 75 min max) from Saigon / Hcmc. Biên Hòa is the capital city of Đồng Nai Province. Do not send requests for Saigon please🙏🙏🙏

TRAVELLING:

I am an Italian old school traveller with regained excitement and rediscovered purpose in my life.

8 years ago I travelled for 10 months backpacking across 23 countries, overland from Venice to China.

7 years ago I visited Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria.

6 years ago another enticing challenge...starting from Italy, I travelled overland as a solo backpacker for 11 months, 38,000 Km and 15 countries.

In 2019 i was back in Barcelona, Spain, for job while moving around across Europe and the missing countries....

In 2020 I relocated to Chile and travelled to several destinations in South America, such as Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, before getting trapped by Covid and being obliged to return to Italy, where I recently worked and settled, until the new challenge has finally taken shape.

In 2021-22 I completed a 16 months solo trip including Spain, Dominican Republic, Haiti, United States, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, French Guyana, Suriname, Guyana, Venezuela and Brazil again : )

After some rest in Italy, in 2023 I undertook a 3 months new trip including Cyprus, Israel and Palestine...

July - August 2023 in Madagascar and Mauritius.

From February 2024 in Bali, Indonesia, for work.

In May 2024 i started then a new trip to Timor, East Timor, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Singapore.

August in Italy.

In September 2024 moved for a new working experience to Vietnam, stay updated.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I already quit my permanent jobs 6 times in the last 10 years to undertake backpacking trips in South America, Asia and Middle East.
