Hello, I'm Daniel. Originally of Peterborough, England - Currently in Shanghai, China. I like it out here. I've been here since January 2014 - Trained to teach English and am working.

I think I'm pretty chilled-out, open to meeting new people. I know a few people in Shanghai but keen to meet more and to travel around China/Asia as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly used CS to find meetings and meet new people but I hosted a couple of people when I was living in France in 2013.

Movies - Generally comedy - "Airplane" is my favourite film of all time but I also like some more serious stuff such as "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" and "A Beautiful Mind"

Music - Mostly rock music - Muse, Led Zeppelin, Oasis

Books - My favourite Book is "The Beach" amongst many others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have performed some stand-up comedy gigs. I think the biggest crowd was only about 80 people, but they were great fun. Such a good buzz.
