I just finished up a year-long job in Paris teaching English to university students and now I'm searching for my next adventure. Ideally looking to find a non-profit job in the Boston area for a year or two and then move to Montréal, but we'll see where life takes me!

I love traveling and exchanging culture and language with others. While I grew up in the US (Boston area), I've also lived in Senegal and France for periods of time and am planning to backpack through Asia this summer. No culture, country, or language is off limits to me.

I need to be back in Paris for a week in May for my job. While I'm around, I'd love to meet some more Parisians rather than doing the typical tourist stuff all over again.

On a more intellectual level: I'm interested in international development, women's health, women's rights, sociology, French, & learning languages

As your everyday, normal 22-year-old girl: I love cats more than anything. I love to cook and try out new recipes. I'll try anything at least once. I dabble in the arts (drawing, mostly) and am always down to discover new music.

Music: My "go to" bands are mostly in the pop punk genre, but recently I've developed quite the taste for math rock. This Town Needs Guns, Elephant Gym, A Picture of Her... that sort of thing. Other bands include The Hotelier, The Front Bottoms, and Front Porch Step. Honestly though I'm not that picky and I'll listen to anything.

Books: anything by Stephen King, Chuck Palahniuk, Mark Danielewski, Marguerite Duras...
