Hi, it's Danielle! :) I graduated from a small college in Boston in 2014. I majored in math and minored in Spanish. I ran cross country and track all four years and was also a part of the yoga and swim clubs, the community service group, and the tutoring center. Since then I've been trying to travel as much as possible! I spent three months in Spain as an English tutor and had an amazing time. I traveled to several other countries while I was there and now I want to see more! I moved to New Zealand in 2016 on a working holiday visa with two friends and spent four months backpacking around the country and working on farms. Now I'm back in the US working for a small start-up in New Hampshire!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I fell in love with traveling after living in Spain - I got to see so many beautiful places, met amazing people, and grew as a person. I want to try Couchsurfing because it's a great way to meet people while traveling. I don't want to stay in hotels - I want to see how the locals live and get to experience their version of the country.
