Well , I’m originally a small town girl from Amherst , Nova Scotia Canada . Was an athlete and a farmer for most of my life . Went to university for a few years. Things change and also your dreams . I had left university and had gone treeplanting and started travelling around the world . 3 years since doing that . Huge music fan , all sorts of genres . Also a musician , love to have fun and share the beautiful life everyone willing to see it . Enthusiast of living healthy and fuelling our body’s with nourishment and positivity . Certified yoga teacher , love sharing my knowledge with people learning to practice 💜
