I recently quit my job in corporate America. I realized that there is so much more to life than slaving away for a big company, and that life is worth loving. I'm working on learning more about the world, other people, and myself through travel and sharing. I truly believe that each of us is unique in our experiences and interpretations of reality... and that we all have the power to choose how whether to accept or work to change our reality. There is no sense in judging something you don't know!

I'm a yoga teacher and love to rock climb. I used to play basketball in college and competed in all kinds of weightlifting and crossfit competitions. I'm not a musician but I love listening to music and pretending I know how to dance.

I lost my mother to cancer about 5 years ago. Since losing her, I've become increasingly interested in holistic health and spiritual wellness. Through my travels outside of the US, I've learned so much from other cultures that have helped me understand what being "healthy" really means.
