We are really enjoying backpacking through Europe but are hoping to have a more authentic expereince by staying with local people and learning about their city and culture.

ABOUT ME

We are young recent graduates from university. Danielle is a french teacher and Adam is a Chemical Engineer.

We are from Alberta Canada and we are really enjoying seeing Europe. We are both easy going people who are just hoping to learn more about all the places we visit and meet new people. Throughout our trip we are backpacking through Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By couchsurfing we hope to share experiences and stories with other people. We want to learn more about other countries and also share with others our Canadian heritage.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have never couchsurfed before but are very excited to try something new!

Interests

We are both active and enjoy playing sports and doing outdoor activities such as soccer, camping, hiking and volleyball. One activity we both love is skiing and snowboarding.

We enjoy having a good time and going out to local pubs and restaraunts to listen to good music and to eat great food.

We also both enjoy travelling to new places. Adam has travelled plenty of Canada and Danielle has previously visited Europe and backpacked through Africa.

Danielle speaks french and english and would love to converse with people in either language. She is also very passionate about global issues, especially ones that affected her teaching in Africa.

Adam is eager to learn a new language and would love any information he is offered on other cultures and countries.
